General comments
* Meestal kan niet uitgemaakt worden of de verwekker een S.aureus of GAS is, dus bij klinisch ernstige infectie flucloxacilline iv tegen beide pathogenen geven. Eventueel oraal uitbehandelen met clindamycine.
